1.Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of Deals Machine, a sales-calling and lead-generation platform operated by View1 Media ("Deals Machine", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2.What Deals Machine does
Deals Machine helps sales teams source leads, build call playbooks, run outbound calls, and follow up by email and SMS. The platform gives you tools, automation, and compliance guardrails. You remain responsible for who you contact and how, and for having a lawful basis to contact each person on your lists.
3.Your account
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
4.Acceptable use and calling compliance
You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to your calls and messages, including consent, do-not-call, quiet-hours, and recording-disclosure rules. Deals Machine provides guardrails, but you must use them honestly. See our calling compliance guide for where and how you can call.
You agree not to use the service to:
- contact people you have no lawful basis or right to contact,
- send unlawful, harassing, misleading, or deceptive outreach,
- use purchased or scraped lists you are not permitted to message, or
- contact anyone who has asked you to stop or has opted out.
5."Deals Machine Follow-ups"
Deals Machine Follow-ups is our SMS program for sales follow-up and lead nurture. When you enable SMS, Deals Machine sends text messages on your behalf to recap a call, share a meeting link or information the contact asked for, and schedule next steps. Messages go only to contacts who have given prior consent, either verbally on a call or by texting the keyword START.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and you will receive no further messages. For help, reply HELP or contact us at kyle@view1media.com.
We do not share your mobile number or your SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6.Fees and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance for the interval you choose. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice, and any change takes effect on your next billing cycle.
7.Data and privacy
Your use of Deals Machine is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and how we protect it. Prospect data is processed in the EU and can be corrected or deleted on request through our data request form.
8.Intellectual property
The platform, its software, and its brand are owned by View1 Media. You keep ownership of the content and lists you bring, and you grant us the limited rights we need to run the service for you.
9.Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10.Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new date. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
